Our Story:

I was introduced to cigars at a young age and smoked them on and off for years. I accepted a sales position where at times my networking events would include cigars or craft beers. I am all about different flavors and aromas. That is when I started to experiment for fun. I would visit local breweries with attempt to pair my cigar with their new brews, unfortunately, no breweries allowed smoking. I looked everywhere and ran into the same problem! None of the craft breweries allowed smoking. That piqued my interest. The more I searched for a brewery, which have increased in popularity, that allowed smoking I found myself at a dead end..

One night while at home my wife asked, “would wine or cider go good with a cigar? I would like to try a cigar.” This started her venture into the world of Cigars and pairings, we tried wines and ciders and found some great pairings of our own. We enjoyed the idea of finding what tased well, at times the results were amazing, other times although it was not a perfect blend it was still enjoyable. We thought, why isn’t there more places that encourage this type of experimenting, this grew our interest more. We searched for this concept and it didn’t seem to exist. This sparked the idea of what we have today, taking a cigar of your choice and pairing it with a beverage, whether it be a craft beer, wine, cider or even an espresso. That is what we want to introduce with our new location at Bell Tower Shops, the opportunity to allow our customers, whether new to the world of Cigars or a Cigar Afficionado to create a pairing for others to try or simply try new avenues of their own, the results are endless.
